Issue # 56 - What people are buying is you!

Hey,

A lot of people don’t realize that at the end of the day, especially if you are playing the social media game, what people are buying is you.

You could have the best marketing strategy and a great product, but if people are not bought into you, they simply won’t buy from you. 

This brings up the question - How do you get people to buy into you?

I’ve come to learn that before we can sell others on us and the work that we do…

We must first sell ourselves on us. 

We must be proud of the person we are bringing to the world!

And you can’t bullshit yourself here... 

Trying to trick yourself into believing you are something you are not with cheap tactics like “I am great, worthy, and deserving” affirmations won’t cut it. 

Your brain wants evidence and proof that you are who you say you are. 

The only way to give your brain this evidence is by aligning your daily actions with your ideal of the best version of yourself.

This is not complicated. 

Do what you know you need to do and don’t do the things that you know you shouldn’t be doing. 

Of course, easier said than done. 

But the more you show up for yourself offline, the more you will be able to channel that person, that energy, and that essence online. 

As above, so below. As within, so without. 

From my own experience, I can tell you that it's been the moments when I let myself slip offline that I struggle to show up online. 

If you are struggling to show up online, it's probably because you are not quite showing up offline. 

And that's where the work begins. 

Don't forget, your energy is your strategy.
